  • How much does canUmeet cost?

    Currently canUmeet is in its BETA phase which means all the features available at canUmeet is free to use for every users. Once the beta version is removed, we will introduce a pricing model in which all users using canUmeet basic subscriptions would remain free for entire lifetime but a premium subscription will be available for users who has crave for advanced requirements. Team canUmeet assures you that these pricing will be very low compared to all other scheduling platforms. Good news is that users who have registered with us during Beta phase are eligible to avail heavy discounts if upgraded to premium plan.

  • Can I integrate canUmeet with my existing applications ?

    Yes, you can! canUmeet currently provides users with calendar integration such as Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, Office 365 calendar and also iCal. Users now have a flexibility to integrate their canUmeet account with Mailchimps newsletters and UnifiedVU one user interface that connects all your business softwares. We also have meeting app integrations such as Citrix, Webex and JoinMe for better scheduling. So, stay tuned to canUmeet for other exciting integrations that can make scheduling real easy.

  • What can I use CanUmeet for?

    You can use canUmeet for a wide variety of event scheduling. Any meeting or an event which requires the inviter to give their times and the invitees to select a slot can be scheduled using camUmeet. The platform can be used to confirm online tuitions, doctor’s appointments, coaching classes, interviews and events like parties, plays, group-discussions, theatre or a simple get together.

  • Can I collect payments for my services offered?

    Again Yes, you can! canUmeet provides users with two payment integrations Stripe and Paypal that can help users collect payments for their services. Please note that this app doesn't charge you a single penny for collecting your personal payments.

  • Creating an Event

  • What all event does canUmeet support?

    Event creation is one of the core functionality of canUmeet. CanUmeet provides users with three different types of event creation namely One-to-One event, Group Event and Team event.

  • What is a one-to-one event?

    CanUmeet One to One event services are for those users who wants to schedule an appointment with a single invitee.   • What is a Group Event?

    canUmeet Group Event feature allows you to create an event where a single slot can be booked by a specified number of people before they are shown as ‘Unavailable’ on your public page. Events such as Group tutoring sessions, Parties, Theatrical shows and similar can be scheduled using Group Events.   • What is a Team Event?

    Team event feature at canUmeet is specific to an organization. Here the event admin or the organizer adds all their team members to that particular event.   • Schedule or Meeting

  • What happens when someone registers for my event or appointment?

    Whenever someone registers for an appointment, you and the other participant receives a confirmation email from canUmeet for the booked event. You can also check this particular event being displayed on your dashboard. If needed, you can reschedule and cancel this event from the confirmation mail itself.

  • How do I see my upcoming meetings?

    All your upcoming meetings can be seen on your Dashboard in the ‘Upcoming’ section tab. To view the specific meeting on a particular time and day, under the meeting section click on desired frames and check all the details. If you see ‘You don’t have any schedule yet.. it means no one has registered for your appointment / event or all appointments have finished.

  • How do I view this/next week’s Schedule?

    To view all your appointments for the present week and next week, just visit your Dashboard and click on ‘This Week’ and ‘Next Week’ respectively from the bar under Meetings section. It would show you all the appointments for present and upcoming week.

  • How do I view this month’s Schedule?

    To view all your appointments scheduled for the present month, just visit your Dashboard and click on ‘This Month’ option from the bar under Meeting section. It would show you all appointments for present month.

  • What is ‘All Past’ in the dashboard?

    ‘All Past’ option helps users list all their past appointments or meetings from the start of time until now. This feature can help users jot down the list of meetings that have been completed successfully and keep a note of all appointments.

  • How do I view my meetings for tomorrow?

    To view all your appointments for the very next day (tomorrow) visit your Dashboard and click on ‘Tomorrow’ tab under meetings section on the left. It would list on dashboard all your appointments scheduled for the next day.

  • Can I cancel a meeting after someone has scheduled a meeting with me?

    Yes, you can go to your Dashboard, click on the meeting, select the person’s name and click ‘cancel'.

  • If I cancel a particular schedule can someone else book for that slot?

    Whenever one cancels a event, it would free up the space in calendar and canUmeet availability which was earlier booked for the cancelled event. As this slot is free now, anyone can book a time with you on the same time. If for some reason, you want to remove that particular slot for event, please modify it from the Events editing page.

  • What are Filters in the Dashboard?

    By default, you see all your events in either timeline or calendar view. By using filters you can filter events on the basis of the Event Name or Event Status. Filters can be accessed by the FILTERS button at the top-left on Dashboard. For more information please visit http://docs.canumeet.com/event-creation/using-event-filters

  • How do I see all scheduled meeting for a particular event?

    To see all scheduled meetings for a particular event you need to use Filters (See the previous question for the use of filters). To add a filter, you need to follow these simple steps:

    • 1. Click on the FILTERS button at the top-left on Dashboard.
    • 2. Click on the “By Event Name” button which appears after you select the FILTERS option:
    • 3. Click on your event name.

    Now the schedule shown on Dashboard would be only for the event you selected.

  • How do I seen only my confirmed events?

    To see all confirmed events only you need to use Filters. To add a filter, you need to follow these simple steps:

    • 1. Click on the FILTERS button at the top-left:
    • 2. Click on the “By Event Status” button which appears after you select the FILTERS option.
    • 3. Click on Confirmed.

    Now only the schedules having status as Confirmed will be visible on your Dashboard.

  • How do I seen only my Cancelled events?

    To see all Cancelled events only you need to use Filters. To add a filter, you need to follow these simple steps:

    • 1. Click on the FILTERS button at the top-left:
    • 2. Click on the “By Event Status” button which appears after you select the FILTERS option.
    • 3. Click on Cancelled.

    Now only the schedules having status as Cancelled will be visible on your Dashboard.

  • How do I seen only my Rescheduled events?

    To see all Rescheduled events only you need to use Filters. To add a filter, you need to follow these simple steps:

    • 1. Click on the FILTERS button at the top-left:
    • 2. Click on the “By Event Status” button which appears after you select the FILTERS option.
    • 3. Click on Rescheduled.

    Now only the schedules having status as Rescheduled will be visible on your Dashboard.

  • Customer

  • Can our customers see all my active schedule meeting?

    No, customers cant see anyone active scheduled meetings. They can only see the slots that are currently available to book a time and schedule a meeting with intended organizer.

  • Can I see all scheduled meeting for individual services?

    Yes you can see all scheduled meeting for individual services by using canUmeet Event Filter features.

  • Can I customize my scheduled Public page?

    Yes you can customize your public page. canUmeet has provided users options to add page, add a profile pic, change their event colors on public page. Some more customizations available on your public page is

    • You can allow/disallow users to message you
    • You can allow/disallow users to suggest time for your created event
    • You can display or not display your Navigation Bar
    • You can Hide Powered by canUmeet branding from your Public page
    • You can integrate your social links like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Google Plus accounts on public page
    • You can choose themes for your public page. Currently available themes are Default theme, Basic Theme, Light Theme and Light weight Theme.
  • Can I write about my events and Offerings in Public Page?

    Yes you can do so by creating an extra page and explaining about your events and offerings. Also, canUmeet has a dedicated Event Description column where you can specify your event description and all other related information in details.

  • Can my Client/Customer schedule meeting in their Timezone?

    Yes, clients and customers can select the timezone as required and at time of booking canumeet converts their particular timezone to yours timezone and displays the events. Please make sure you set your Timezone from the Account Settings section under Profile tab.

  • What all Branding Features are supported by canUmeet?

    Presently canUmeet provides users adding their logo, creating custom pages, changing your event colors to make events distinguishable, embed different types of canUmeet widgets on your website, adding their own organizations logo, different themes for their public page and many more. Users now also have flexibility to Hide Powered By CanUmeet branding logo from their public page and make their pages fully customizable.

    canUmeet provides different types of integration that can help users schedule their appointments more easily.

  • Will canUmeet become a paid service in the future?

    Yes it will! We have introduced some advanced features that are accessible only for premium scubscription users.Also, the pricing packages will be present on canUmeet page and rests assured that we will charge very minimal than any of the SaaS scheduling platforms.

  • Data Import & Export

  • What all formats can I export my data into ?

    We support exporting the appointment data into XLS / CSV formats from your dashboard page.

  • How do I export the data ?

    Exporting all your appointment data is very easy. Once you are on your Dashboard page, click Download button on top right corner of your page and select which events you want to export (Filtered/All Schedule) and in what (XLS or CSV) format. Once clicked, all your events or appointments will be exported in a neatly defined table which is then ready for printing for your use.

  • Can I import my event details from an XLS/CSV file?

    No, apologies but we do not support importing events or their details into the platform through external XLS/CSV files.

  • Is my data secure?

    When it comes to data security, team canUmeet takes it very seriously. canUmeet website is SSL(Secured Socket Layer) secured and have taken the best precautionary measures to make sure that all the users information, data and databases are secured.

  • How do canUmeet use Users data?

    Be it your email address, scheduled appointments or your events created, we do not share your data or accout information to any of the third parties. Only data visible to other users are the Public events that you have created.

  • Whom do I contact for customer support?

    Our topmost priority at canUmeet is customer satisfaction and we are totally committed to it. You can contact us directly at support@canumeet.com for any suggestions or issues you are facing. Our team takes all users feedback very seriously and tries to respond them with a resolution with 48 hours of time. You can also send us a message in the chat box present on every screen at bottom right corner and we will respond to your query at the earliest.

  • How much time would it take for you to get back with users queries?

    We try to respond to all our queries as soon as possible. We might take between 1 to 8 hours to get back to you since we are a very small team working day and night to get things rolling. You can also directly contact our team members by dropping them a direct email. Their email addresses are available on the contact us page.
