Turn Reminders Off


This knowledge base concentrates on how to set your reminders off and not receive any reminder emails for your booking. Once you are completed with signup and login process, you will be redirected to the landing page which is DASHBOARD. On the top right corner of your website is a red color button named "CREATE NEW EVENT", click on it.

CreateNewEvent

  • Enter all the details requested for creating a new event until you reach Reminder & Notification section under Advanced Option block. Click on this block to expand it.

Reminders OFF1

  • Once clicked on Reminder & Notification block, you can now see option to either enable sending reminder email or disable it.

Reminders OFF2

  • Finally click on SAVE button below for all your changes to take into effect.

  • If you want to change the current Reminder & Notification settings later, you can do so by clicking on the Event button present on the left hand side of your screen. You can now see list of all events created by you. Select the event you want to change this setting for and then click on three dots sign in a circle present towards end of the event. A drop down menu now appears, select Edit from the menu.

  • Perform above mentioned steps again to enable/disable this functionality.
